Payment:
A Deposit of $100.00 per charter day is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due prior to departure.

Cancellations & Reschedules:
Cancellations must be made three weeks prior to your departure; otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. The cancellation of a fishing charter due to severe weather is the captain's decision. Your deposit will be refunded or another charter date can be arranged.
NO DRUGS!
Any illegal drugs on board are prohibited by federal law. The captains are in full support of the Zero Tolerance program of the US Coast Guard and US Customs Service. All drugs will be reported to the authorities.
